I would have to say, this store, and its staff is one of the Most helpful and pleasant personnel to deal with in Kamloops; not just having to deal with computers but Customer Service altogether! I’m happy that this place is here, and does Kamloops honor to host such a business!

Great customer service!! Brought in a old acer that was stumbling along and they kept it going till it just died a natural motherboard death.. Bought a used computer instead and it is still running like a top.. Quality parts and service!! Thanks guys!! Deal with all the time now!!!
Spitfire Computers is professional, knowledgeable and patient. My hard drive failed and Spitfire put in a new one, cloned it and reinstalled my data for me at a very affordable price. Since then they have also helped me fix other problems without hesitation. They stand by their warrantee work and are truly out for the consumer and not themselves. I will be a repeat customer.
I had a few small, stupid questions (I’m technologically illiterate) and the guys at Spitfire helped me through each problem step-by-step, and then didn’t charge me for their time. Great customer service 🙂
